Welcome to the Whatsweb - Whatscan for Web app! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the web scanner app, including features such as web scanner, direct chat, quotes, QR scanner, QR generator, contacts backup/export, and any subscription services offered. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue using the App immediately.

2. Use of the App

Whatsweb - Whatscan for Web Feature:
The Whatsweb - Whatscan for Web feature allows you to scan and sync your WhatsApp Web account to your device. We do not store any of your WhatsApp data, and your use of WhatsApp remains subject to WhatsApp's own terms of service.

Direct Chat Feature:
The direct chat feature allows you to send WhatsApp messages without saving contacts. We do not store or access any of your messages or contact information.

QR Scanner and Generator:
The QR scanner and generator allow you to scan QR codes and create new ones. We do not store the content of your scanned or generated QR codes.

Contacts Backup/Export:
The contacts backup/export feature helps you back up and export your contact list. All data is stored securely on your device and is not transmitted to any third-party servers.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, and you agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Violate or infringe upon the rights of any other party, including intellectual property rights.
Modify, adapt, hack, or reverse engineer the App.
